The Susi Family has been creating exceptional weddings in Central Ohio for three generations. Maria and Tony Susi opened The Berwick in 1955 with the dream of bringing families and friends together to celebrate special occasions with exceptional homemade food.
From the menu selection to the last dance, the Susi family will personally be with you every step of the way. We will finalize the details, set up the reception venue, and establish a steady flow for your reception so all you need to do is enjoy your special day.
The Berwick has catering relationships with over 30 venues in Columbus and the surrounding areas. We also cater to homes, parks and any other venues within 1 hour of Columbus, Ohio that allow an outside caterer. OFF-SITE CATERING DINNER RECEPTION MENUS
Our off-site catering menus offer an extensive selection of dinner reception options. If you cannot find something you are looking for in our menu package, please contact us to speak with a member of the Susi family. We are happy to work with you to create a menu that meets your event needs, whether it is simple, imaginative or ethnic.
The menu pricing for off-site wedding catering is “full-service”, so all standard linen, china, flatware, glassware, and professional service staff for setup, serving and cleanup are included. The Aladdin Shrine Center has a separate menu package and contract document, links to which are provided below.

The Berwick’s 11,500 sf facility has six on-site banquet rooms, one dining room, and two smaller lounge rooms. Our facility can host wedding events from 10 to 400 guests.
We are a full-service banquet facility, so we do NOT rent rooms nor do we allow outside catering and alcohol. Instead, the room rental is built into the price per person found in our extensive menu selection and bar packages. The menu pricing also includes all standard linen, china, flatware, glassware, and professional service staff for setup, serving and cleanup. You are more than welcome to bring in your own dessert, entertainment, and decorations.
If you are looking to host your ceremony and reception at The Berwick, we do allow ceremonies to be conducted on-site. There are two ceremony options at The Berwick:
If you would like to have a ceremony with aisle seating in a room adjacent to your reception space, there is a $350 ceremony fee per room for the space for a 4 hour increment of time. Ceremony must be complete by 4 pm.
If you would like to have a ceremony in your reception space with guests seated at their reception tables, there is not a ceremony fee but the ceremony start time cannot be earlier than your contracted reception start time.
